So I'm trying out this new writing thingy and I thought that it seemed well-suited to a Jeeves and Wooster fic. Because I've never tried the technique before and this is my first real foray into writing fic for this fandom, I welcome any and all comments. What do you think about the notes, the format, the story, the characterization, ... ? Really, criticize away!
(don't know when and if the rest of the story will be written, depends on the response, really.)

TRANSCRIPTS
Found among a collection of papers in lockbox under wooden floor of Berkeley Mansions apartment 6A during renovation.
TRANSCRIPT 1: Appears to be by the hand of the late famous author Bertram W. Wooster, handwriting similar to that in verified manuscripts.
TRANSCRIPT 2: Presumed to be by the hand of Reginald Jeeves, the late valet of Wooster. No verification.

Challenge: Purgatory Characters: Jeeves, Bertie, Jarvis the Doorman, Bingo Little, Aunt Dahlia, Sir Roderick Glossop, Original Characters.

Title: Jeeves and the Pandemic Rannygazoo – or – Bertram and the Pith of the Matter

Note: Sort of an alternate-y universe-y thingummy for the TV show…although, if we read the first Jeeves story (1914), they’d been together for quite a while (in Bertiespeak) before he wrote any of those stories and would have been, well, somewhat likely to maybe have happened… perhaps.

Summary: Jeeves and Bertie live through the 1918 Flu Pandemic. Aunt Dahlia sends over Bertie's childhood nurse who tells Jeeves about what Bertie was like as a boy.

Words: ~5000   Rating: PG

Fan_flashworks Challenge: The Other Side

Characters: Jeeves, Bertie, Chuffy Chuffnell, OMC

Summary: As a self-described old, old man, Jeeves thinks back to the days when Bertie had gone off to war.  And Jeeves had fought back in his own quiet way, behind the scenes, with eggs and sausages.

Word count: ~4000 (Yes…merciless)

Warnings: Major character death. (Sad, but not horrible as he lived a long, full life.)

To do some good...

Jeeves and the Doubts that Assail

Jeeves at the Place de la Concorde

Jeeves and the Pruney Toes

Summary: A Jooster sort of Seven-Year Itch sort of a story in three parts.  As the heyday of the Jooster comes to an end, Jeeves flees to Paris.  High jinks ensue.  Parts 1 and 2 are rather angsty with the typical dispute over an article of clothing.

Warnings: Jeeves gets weepy. Musty bed sheets.  And, of course, Rocky Todd is a bit of a muffin.

Jeeves and the Doubts that Assail

Rating: PG

Characters: Jeeves, Bertie, Rocky Todd, Aunt Dahlia

Summary: As the heyday of the Jooster comes to an end, Bertie and Jeeves must decide how to manage the new antipathy toward inverts. Will they part or will they stay together and move to a more hospitable country?  And why has Bertie hung onto an old pair of carpet slippers Rocky Todd gave him?

Word count: ~1200

Warnings: Jeeves beats a hasty retreat.  This is an attempt at angst.  Not sure if it's working.
