Am I delusional or did Bertie once describe himself as being 'safe in taxis'?

I am absolutely positive he did say that girls knew he was safe in taxis, ie would not get grabby, but I can't quote exactly where. I'll try to find it.

Thanks! I haven't read all the stories yet and I tried googling it but came up with zilch, so then I was like...'maybe I just imagined it?' which is always possible with me lol. For some reason I'm thinking its either when Bertie is trapped on the Stoker's boat or he's been chased around by Stilton or possibly something else completely is going on, I can't really remember...
