Hello there, new to the fandom, the books, and fry and laurie--less t-an-a-month-old new, really.

Anyway, I've done the silliest thing and lost a video. I was on youtube, not on my account (so I can't check my history) about 3 weeks back and saw a brilliant fanvid done to My Fair Lady's Why Can't Women Be More Like a Man. Now I cannot find it! I've been rummaging youtube's endless vaults of Jooster vids (and come across some lovely ones in the process, mind) but with no success. I even went so far as to search it in my admittedly rusty russian, but no potato. I remember the vid vividly, and even some of the comments... so I could not have dreamt it up!

So if someone could find it, knows where it is, I would be most grateful. Really grateful. Grovelling grateful.

Anyway, toodle-pip!

First I have a question to make to you: how correct a fanfiction should be historically? I started to write a fic couple days ago, then I did some background research and that pretty much spoiled the fun... *headwall* So how is it: would you mind for example that Jeeves & Bertie go around the Europe, everything is cute and sunny even thouhgt it is time between wars and there is a chap with Spode's mustache doing whatever he was doing or things like that.

And now that I'm here, does any of you know were to find the video for the Queen's song 'Good Old-Fashioned Lover Boy'? That would totally make my week.

Thanks and pip pip!

I'd heard about this but hadn't seen it until I just found the clip over at YouTube. It's from DeadRingers, a sketch comedy/parody show from the UK. I love the extra crossover twist that comes in. It's not slashy, but I thought you all might enjoy it. :)

What-ho, what-ho, what-ho! *waves and grins* I'm fairly new to the Jeeves and Wooster fandom. I've only seen the first three episodes of the first series, but I'm eager to see the rest. *giggle* I come bearing a couple clips I did of the very first episode. First up is the opening sequence, because it's just that cool! *GRIN* After that is the scene where Jeeves arrives and Bertie engages him as his new valet. Anyway, the links are behind the cut and I hope everyone enjoys them.

[livejournal.com profile] hmcgirl made a video of Hugh falling down or getting punched time and again on the Bit of Fry and Laurie show...
Hugh Laurie, The World's Punching Bag

I think you guys will really like the last guest.
And be sure to watch the very end.

I would love to vid the great pairing that is Jeeves and Bertie, probably using 'If I Had a Talking Picutre of You' or one of the instrumental tracks from the soundtrack (most of which I've downloaded and listened to many, many times ^^)

Problem. I lack much of the first season - only 1 and 6 downloaded/watched - and would like to incorporate as many of their best moments as I can. Just started on the third season recently...and it's tough to get through. Not because of our two darlings, of course, but that blondie with the really high and fake voice (debuting in 'Right Ho Jeeves' I believe), plus Lady Florence... ick.

Anyway, I humbly request a bit more eps uploaded. For...a vidder's sake.

I've...nothing to share, really, at least nothing you couldn't get here or here.
