Some art and a question

First, I was asked again to re-upload my period music fanmix. Before I decide whether to do that, I'd like to get an idea of how many of you missed it the first time around or lost it or whatever and would like me to put it up again. Please let me know if you're interested. I'm not totally sure I want to go to the trouble if there's only maybe a couple of people.


Now for the art.



Maybe it's just me, but I felt like my pictures were often a little too stiff (not the good kind) and didn't have enough fluidity. So I decided to stop using references unless absolutely necessary and go ahead & take some artistic liberties. It's been much more fun this way :D. Is it noticeable at all?





This last one's an older picture that's been sitting around in one of my sketchpads for a while (the first two are new).

That was my cat - sadly, Nosy Parker has gone to that great catnip field in the sky.

My other cats (yes, plural - I have three) are not quite so photogenic.

I have 5 naughty cats myself, but for some reason I've never thought to iconize them. There's a photo of one of them napping in a kitchen drawer that might make a good one...

Nosy Parker napped: in plant pots; on pantry shelves; in the bathtub; on radiators; in the dish drainer; in the bathroom sink; entangled with other cats; under blankets; and best of all, in bed with me.

He's the only cat I've ever had that actually posed for the camera, so iconizing him was just a matter of picking the best picture.

Cute kitties! I see you have one of him in the dish rack. Our drawer-napping cat went through a period of about a week where she refused to sleep anywhere else than in the dish rack. Her current favorite spot's on the sheets in the linen closet.

Tigwell, the tabby in the pictures, likes to crawl under blankets to nap. I also have two chairs which I haven't sat in for over a year, because there's always a cat napping in them. Every time I go to IKEA, I tell anyone trying out a "Poang" chair that they are pet-approved!

Just had to butt in and say he is adorable! I used to have a cat called Parker. She was a cute fatty. XD
