Title: Jeeves and the Weding Bell Blues

Prompt: Inspiration from a story by Saylee, following a queerfest prompt: (OK, I only followed half of the queerfest prompt that she followed): Bertie ends up in a sexual situation with a woman for the first time, with disastrous results. In fact, he found the whole affair rather distasteful. 
Summary: In fact, Bertie winds up ... (gasp) ...  married, and to a beazel who makes Florence Craye look like a fuzzy bunny.  Whatever is he going to do? 
Warnings: Bertie gets a bit bunged up. Jeeves messes up big... really big...time. Stilton pinches, but not in a mean way.

Now, that's an interesting take on Stilton Cheesewright. I'd never thought of him with Jeeves, but it does make sense. Jeeves would, of course, teach him a thing or two.

Poor boys. *pets them* Disasters befall them like a thing that befalls. When I start thinking Florence Craye is a lamb compared to the fishwife Bertie married, then I know I'm in trouble! Thank goodness Jeeves finally ladled Bertie out of the matrimonial soup.

The heart softened toward Stilton Cheesewright when he started being nice to Bertie at the end of the series, dashing off to America after the false Daphne Dolores Moorehead... there's a much more thorough treatment of him in the spy stories I wrote but it has some much sadder bits as well.

And I don't think Florence is necessarily evil (Although of course she'd be a highly unhealthy addition to the Bertie Wooster household)... she's just not a great catch herself what with the impish, no, er, imperious that is, personality and it must be frustrating not to be able to have a decent conversation with any of your love objects.
