derien thought I should post this here so here goes.

NOTES:
-The first part, 'Pearls Do Not Mean Tears', is a continuation of the Jeeves and Wooster story 'Pearls Mean Tears'. That story goes something like this: Aunt Agatha wants Bertie to marry this girl she's met on her holiday in France. But the girl and her so-called brother turn out to be swindlers and thieves. With the help of Jeeves's handiwork Bertie rescues aunt Agatha's pearls from them. He gives them back to her, accompanied by a jolly good lecture. Bertie is yet again rid of the overhanging prospect of marriage and is, naturally, ecstatically happy.
-'The Morning After' was proposed by truly_bohemian and is dedicated to her.
-Both fics are written in third person.
