Indeed! Jeeves didn't manage that, he just pulled Bertie out of the way of a car when he'd fallen into the street. Still, Jeeves saving Bertie's life? *happy sigh*

I'm sure Bertie would be terribly grateful to Miss Vulcana, but never in the same way he'd be grateful to his personal paragon! ;)

Since Vulcana and her boyfriend Atlas billed themselves as brother and sister, there could even be a misunderstanding where Bertie get engaged to her!

Possibly, though I imagine Bertie would be kind of a mess if she's lifting a motorcar off him. Poor dear probably hallucinated the beazel proposing to him. :D

Gods, this would be fun.

I have a cleanup job for a book of mine that's going back into print, but I might play with this one when I'm done with that. Should only be another week or two before I'm done with the manuscript.
