WHY do you /always/ post fics when I have deadlines looming ahead? Why must you torment me so?!

Indeed I did and indeed I still intend to share my thoughts. Unfortunately I am between a rock (seminar papers) and a hard place (incoming qualifying exams) so while I have certainly been doing my share of frittering away time on the internet, I have not had the mental wherewithal to do your work justice. Lame excuse, I know, but thinking about the issues the piece raised for me was both mentally and, strangely enough, emotionally exhausting. Having said that, I must reiterate that I really liked it.

Depending on whether or not I have more thoughts after looking at it again, I might even write to you in an e-mail so as to not clutter your comments.

Never stop writing Jooster. I love your stories. <3

I'll take you up on the offer for sending private comments. :) I'm still reading the fic, and it's excellent, but there are also some difficult issues in it for me that I wouldn't feel comfortable posting about in your journal. (Plus I'm likely to ramble a whole lot.)

Hee! Would you believe it's not actually the D/s that's the biggest stumbling block for me? It took a while to get accustomed to that aspect of it, but eventually I was able to get much more into it. I'm nearly done reading, so I'll leave you guessing till then. ;)
