I thought some people might be interested to know that a record collector's blog has posted scans of, and MP3s of, the theme to the 1960s TV show "The World of Wooster" here and here.
Ooh, very cool. I was so heartbroken to find out most of those episodes have been destroyed. I know there are still two of them out there, but I haven't been able to find them yet.
I read in Robert McCrum's biography of Wodehouse that P. G. liked Dennis Price as Jeeves, but wasn't too thrilled with Ian Carmichael as Bertie. I wonder what he would have thought of Fry and Laurie in the roles.
