Ever since I found GIMP, I have been doing lots of photomanipulations, if that's the word I want, and now I thought perhaps I should share some of them. So far it looks like this is all I have to the [livejournal.com profile] storyfan 's movie challenge, being somewhat busy with life to write a fic, though stars know I have ideas... But here, some pics for fun.

Hmm, you might want to read this one by [livejournal.com profile] waqaychay , if you already haven't... ^^

And some other things too, because I can:

Then. This week I found out what a cool thing Mozilla Firefox actually is with those Personas and all. Since there wasn't a Jooster -persona already, I decided to make one. It should be right here. I don't understand much of those yet, but it looks nice on my computer at least.

Oh god these are hilarious. Especially the pride and prejudice one looks too good to be true, wanna see Jeeves and Wooster in that.

I want these to exist for real so much! Except maybe the Titanic one, because the thought of either of them dying is too depressing for words (although the era is pretty close to correct).

The Pride and Prejudice manip is particularly lovely.

Jeeves would probably fashion a lifeboat out of deckchairs and lead the masses to safety. Now if it were Gussie and Madeline Bassett, I could see things going poorly. (“Oh, Gussie, how brave of you to sacrifice yourself for me!” “Ah, yes, that is-- But surely there’s enough room for both of us on the raft--?”)

Oh, you win. Now if only someone wrote fics. Wait. that has been done. Now if only someone wrote MORE fics (more, more, never enough says an addict)

There are strange cross-over fics for these? o_O
Where?

From: [identity profile] mxdp.livejournal.com
Well, there's Waqaychay, for one. True Lies and Vampire stories. Not cross overs, but as good as. And Storyfan has got a good boat fic.
I wouldn't mind a Titanic crossover.

OH GOD.

OH GOD. I JUST IMAGINED IT. Jeeves drawing Bertie. The car scene. Saving him. HAPPY ENDING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT JACK AND ROSE AFTER ALL.

*dies a little inside* Even imagining is too good.

We'll have to pass the spit scene, tho :p

Haha, I admit it, I was imagining J&W take on Titanic, too... way hotter than the original!

I would be so tempted to give it a go if I could actually finish my other commitments.... :P

Oh! Utterly adorable and delightfully funny. I love these. I'm also especially fond of the Rosie M. Banks book (published extremely late in life, no doubt, as she'd had it hidden away until the market was right, and it revived an interest in her early novels in the wildly-smitten reading public).

Yess!
Yess!
YES!
Brilliant thing you. Really splendid, all of them. I'm partial to Interview with the Vampire. Apart from the fact that "Drink From Me And Live Forever" has Freudian connotations that would send some of my Psychology professors into a fit not unlike choreomania, it's a fabulous book and I would simply love seeing Jeeves and Wooster having ANYTHING to do with it. Bertie looks the part there, too. Can't help but notice you're also including Stephen Fry separate from Jeeves. xD Well done old top!

WOW!

Oh, my! The Jooster persona looks lovely; I tried it on and it certainly kicked the backside of my cupcake persona! ^^ Thanks so much for sharing that! And oh, "True Lies" with Jeeves? I can't even begin to describe how loudly I squee'd over that! ^^
