What-ho, what-ho!


Greetings from a long-time-lurker shyly throwing some art into this lovely community.

It's not much, it's not great but if I have my way it's going to be the first of a lot of J&W drawings, most of which already exist somewhere as scribbles. :o) I'll be annoying you all, just so you know.

I think you're completely right about the background. It didn't quite turn out the way I had hoped. First idea had been the flat but I simply gave up on it. Next time I'll try that, might look more harmonic.

Uhm, there WAS a bigger version. Untill I managed to overwrite the file. (I do apologize if I'm using the wrong term here; English isn't my first language.)
The original picture isn't all that big either, though. It's a trading card, 6.4x8.9 cm. ...I'm not even trying to put that into inches. ;o)

Can't help it, I just love to imagine him with a mixture of blonde and a reddish light brown hair colour. But maybe that's just my redhead fetish getting the best of me. *cough* Uhm, yeah.

I've got pages and pages of comic-like fanfiction illustrations lying around as well. That's probably why it ended up looking like this. I'm a bit stuck in that genre at the moment (but enjoying it nevertheless.)

I have to agree with many things already said in comments:
(1) lovely!
(2) metric system IS the way to go (this from an American, too)
(3) redheads are great! (I can say that because I am one XD)
(4) it does look like one of those lovely BL manga covers that you can't stop staring at until you find yourself gently petting them. ;D
