How about cousin Edwin? *shot*

...and Bat girl should definitely be Nobby.

LOL.

And yet...it works.

Now I want to see fic where Bertie runs into Bruce Wayne, and Jeeves and Alfred exchange trade secrets.

I didn't think it was possible for Batman to be much cooler, but I never added Jeeves & Wooster into the picture. This is what we call Dame In Heaven.

“Well, without the wings, I’m hardly a bat, am I? I’m sort of a black badger.”

I LOL'd. Of course Jeeves would object to the cape. Thanks for posting this!

Haaa! Lovely! I find it so easy to imagine Batman Bertie!

Badgers and impersonations of bears, indeed! It's completely out of character, and yet... still somehow spot on (glaring Americanisms aside).
Did I get the correct impression from the comments that this isn't the bloggers first take on our beloved characters? I shall have to do some digging now! This was completely hilarious.

Oh here we are: http://mightygodking.com/index.php/2010/02/16/what-if-bertie-wooster-rather-than-being-a-mere-layabout-was-also-a-chocolatier/

Not nearly as funny as the Batman bit. I confess I was half hoping this would be some sort of Bertie-as-Willie-Wonka gag, which, frankly, has a great deal of potential. Instead it was sort of dry - and of all the heatheneries, Jeeves calls Bertie by his first name! Golly.

Bertie as Willie Wonka.
Merciful heavens. Someone should.

Yes! Goodness gracious me, yes. I'd pay in chocolate. Bertie could take over from Charlie... the continuation of the saga, what what?

Oh, I would, I really would - if it didn't take me nine months to churn out anything the least bit consumable. However, chocolate... hmm.

“Do criminals fear gentlemen in opera cloaks?”

I think that's where I first died.
