These are both completely lovely, but I *adore* the silhouette. They're both so completely, recognizably themselves even without being able to see their faces, and the feeling of it is so relaxed and intimate and loving that I could just gush on for days. I think I actually gave a lovesick sigh when I saw it.

I am so glad you think that! I sometimes feel like I haven't succeeded there, but the silhouettes force me to concentrate on getting their characters across with little detail. Thank you very much!

I LOVE the piano picture -- what a delight, seeing two different versions of it! An artist friend and I have often shared/used the same refs, but never in the same fandom. That is so cool.

Your watercolor technique just makes me simultaneously full of squee and full of envy. :-)

The expressions on the fellows; faces are just perfect -- the whol;e effect is one of lighthearted joy and affection. *So* sweet.

I actually kind of...well, I don't want to say "dislike", but I feel unsatisfied with my watercolor technique a lot of the time. I envy so many artists who have more proficiency & ease with it. But I am extremely glad that others enjoy it. Thank you! :D

I agree that you spoil us terribly. Both pictures are lovely. I do like how the silhouette and the painting look alike in that you didn't vary your idea of how these two look. Does that make sense?

I'd love to see a piano picture in which Bertie is straddling Jeeves lap and their clothes are all mussed up. I shiver just to think about it.
