Halloween fic/art challenge - an extension!!!!

A bunch of us want to write Halloween Jooster and do Halloween arts. But a lot of us are knee-deep in other fics, arts and that pesky real life. So I'm making an executive decision to extend the deadline until the U.S. Thanksgiving weekend. That gives everyone a little more breathing room, and, for those who have their contributions done, it gives them time to do more!

So... is everyone supposed to post on Thanksgiving now? Or, if we're done, should we just go ahead and post on Halloween, or anytime between now and Thanksgiving?

I kind of like the idea of seeing everything all at once, but I was also looking forward to having a lot of cool stuff to read this weekend. Hmm!

If you're ready, by all means post on Halloween. We had one posted within a day of setting the challenge, so the posting day really doesn't matter. I, too, wanted to have a bunch of things to read on Halloween, but it's not working out that way for quite a few people, me included. I thought it was better to extend the deadline than to leave people out. Thanks for your understanding. It helps a lot.

I'm a little bit saddened I have to wait longer for Halloween!fic, but on the plus side I now know when Thanksgiving is in both America and Canada (I wikipedia'd it).

I didn't really want to do it, but real life especially is crowding out fic writing for some people who want to participate. And people can still post on Halloween if they like. They don't have to wait. If mine is ready by then I'll post for certain.

Oh god thank you! I was just about to upload some sketchy-unfinished Halloween-thingy, but now that I have more time I'll polish it up some more. You saved my week! (and what a crappy week it has been - yesterday some drunk gypsy broke into our house and was hiding in our closet when we came home from shopping! I'm still trembling.)
