I don't have the exact wording (I gave my copy of the book away and am not sure I have any way to look it up right now), but I do love the bit where, as they're reconciling after the banjolele incident, Bertie offers to play for Jeeves "What Is This Thing Called Love?"

Found it. From Thank You, Jeeves chapter 11:

He seemed to speak with a certain reserve, and I could see that he felt that he conversation had taken an embarrassing turn. Probing the old sore, I mean.
Well, the best thing to do on these occasions, I've always found is to be open and direct.
"I'm making great progress with the banjolele, Jeeves."
"Indeed, sir?"
"Would you like me to play you 'What Is This Thing Called Love'?"
"No, sir."

I have to admit, the line feels a lot less slashy in-context.

And it is such a HEAVY love song, not the kind of song Bertie likes at all. In a non-slashy way that is still full of cuddles, you get the impression that Bertie was trying to meet Jeeves halfway by playing a song he thought Jeeves would like.

Maybe after the end, he plays it for Jeeves on the piano.

I take it as slashy!
