Well I finished Season 3 over the weekend and purely laughed out loud watching the end of “Comrade Bingo”, at the part Bertie was trying to first get the treacle and the spread it on the paper (which I learned is a generic term for syrup).

Honestly I thought Agatha was the aunt who is always trying to get Bertie into trouble not Dahlia! I found the fact Jeeves refused to be involved in the swiping of the painting interesting but I suppose such an activity must be against the code of the gentleman's gentleman.

I know when I start the next season I will be nearing the end and that makes me sad.  I wish there could've been some way they could have made more episodes!

Oh and in case you're interested here's a list of my favorite episodes of the series so far:

Brinkley Manor
Jeeves Saves the Cow Creamer
Jeeves in the Country
Introduction on Broadway
Right Ho, Jeeves
Comrade Bingo

Aunt Agatha doesn't try to get Berite in trouble, quite the opposite. From her point of view, of course.

Yes, it is sad to run out of first-watch material, but remember you still have the joys of re-watching ahead of you!

One of the things I especially love to do is this: When you come across a scene with just Bertie and Jeeves, turn the sound down. It helps you focus on the expressions and body language. The things those two seem to say with just their eyes--YOWSA!!!

I admit I got pretty misty-eyed after I finished the series this weekend. Here's a basic spoiler-free guide of what to expect in season 4:

Return to New York: Tuppy gets in literal soup, Aunt Agatha sees ghosts, and Bertie + Jeeves + baby = win.
The Once and Future Ex: The return of Florence Craye. If she looks like Madeline from season 1, you're not seeing things. It's the same actress.
Bridegroom Wanted: 50 minutes of non-stop Bertie-abuse. One of my favorite episodes nonetheless.
The Delayed Arrival: There are things that you see Jeeves do in this episode that you cannot unsee.
Trouble at Totleigh Towers: Gayest line in the whole series: "Miss Stoker will be here at any moment, sir, and I'm sure we wouldn't wish to be discovered in a state of undress."
The Ties That Bind: A wedding? Of COURSE everything's going to go horribly wrong!

1) Yes. A literal baby.
2) 'Fraid so. For instance, he get punched across an entire room in one scene and at some point I think he actually cries a little.

2) Trust me. You will. You really really will.

Let me put it this way: Jeeves is threatened with physical violence in this episode. That's how insane it gets. (but it's the good kind of insane)

Oh goodness, I hope I'm not raising your expectations too high >_>

I loved how they were so clueless with that child.
Kissss Tuppy!

I remember reading the original story (Fixing It For Freddie) while standing at a bus stop, getting to the part where Bertie realizes that they're stuck with the kid for a bit, thinking "Bertie. And Jeeves. Taking care of a kid together." and looking up at the sky and whispering "Thank you." True story.

I'm pretty sure Jeeves was a cat burglar or some kind of high class criminal in a past life and that's why he didn't help Bertie. It bought back unpleasant memories for him.

treacle is apparently British English for molasses, also anything annoyingly sappy, like what usually comes out of Madeline's mouth.
I love the show although in later eps I keep half expecting Bertie to go "sorry, I didn't recognize you for a mo', someone keeps changing the bally supporting actors on us!"

and they are of course wonderful, I cannot picture any other actors in those roles.

it's not a matter of feeling bad, they're just so perfect. ;)

I remember I saw first-season Bingo Little as King Arthur when Spamalot came through my town.

It was...interesting, to say the least. I kept expecting him to declare the Lady of the Lake a tender goddess. XD
