Since I have lots of questions, here's another one:

Will indeedsir be moved or set up at Dreamwidth? Maybe not moved...but perhaps cloned there, so we have a comm on both places for the Jeeves and Bertie loving?

If anyone needs me to, I can offer invite codes when I have them and I could create a comm there named indeedsir and hand it over to the proper maintainers if/when they get an account.

EDIT: To answer questions: Dreamwidth is a new LJ alternative that hopes to be easier to use than LJ. It's in open beta, and I really like it.

No, indeedsir is not moving. Not unless a mod does anything. I am not a mod.

My idea was simply to have a place for indeedsir at Dreamwidth - but not a replacement. Just...a portal to here, or something.

I still haven't figured much out here but it seems to be another one of those OMG DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA LET'S ALL FAG ABOUT LIKE ASSES AND FLAIL ABOUT THE FAILINGS OF LIVEJOURNAL AND HOW EVERYTHING IS GOING TO GO UNDER BECAUSE IT IS THE END OF DAYS AND WE NEED TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BLOGGING SERVICE AND OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG bullshit fiascos that happens every once in a while for reasons I can never quite ascertain.

The mod team hasn't discussed it, though I do have a Dth account. If people truly are interested, we may be open to discussion about it. I don't think we'd simply up and move, not with how long we've been established here.

I don't understand, why would Indeed Sir need two homes? And why this Dreamwidth, specifically - why not Blogspot, Insanejournal or one of the other half a million blogging services? Is Dreamwidth special somehow? o_O *scratches head*

I vote for no in the moving business, anyway. LJ is my home. If this comm gets another home at Dreamwidth, I guess I'll just keep following this one (and hope I don't miss anything). :)

Cloning might be a bit of a pain - unless it was just linkage posts - but I wouldn't hate it.

Might suggest linky goodness to LJ's Indeedsir in that What_ho_chaps mentioned by Brewsternorth.
