I always find that my Bertie voice is best when I don't plot and scheme before I start writing. I honestly had no idea where that ficlet was going until I was done. >_> Speed Bertie!

I never could stomach the idea of Gussie (or Rocky) with anybody, especially Bertie, but you pulled this off and made me think it plausible.
