Jeeves and the Tennis Coach is one of my old favorites.

Jeeves and the Club for Inverts and Jeeves and the Female Doubles are both wonderful recent fics.

My absolute favourite fic in this fandom is a first-time! It's called Jeeves and the Artistic Verisimilitude (http://community.livejournal.com/indeedsir/303747.html). It's seven (lengthy) chapters long and a complete joy to read. (Also, was the first fic I ever read in this fandom. :D It sold the pairing to me completely.)
