Hello! Been neglecting you people, sue me.

So I found this horrible fanart that I actually posted here and... why am I even allowed to use the internet. Still I'm going to post it again as a comparison.

And this is the never and cuter version <3. I still don't know what Bertie did to get Jeeves arm broken, give me ideas  or write about it, anything goes.

You did well with the first one - the emotion is really apparent and you can see what you were going for.

But there's something about the second one which I think has a lot to do with the details of Jeeves' face (nose and eyebrows, espesh) and Bertie's desperation for forgiveness.

Sorry, an old plot bunny surprised me. Now, where was I? Oh, yes. Is it only me, or why it looks like Jeeves has an earring in the first one? :D Other than that, they are both cute, though I like the second one more.

Uh...how eerie...mrs_dalliard and I were kinda sorta just a little bit in the process of writing a fic so darned close to that picture it's scary.

The breaking of Jeeves, I mean, not that the fic is in any sort of physical proximity to the art work...unless I were to bend the space/time continuum...again...

I remember reading a fic that was based on this fanart - but I can't find it. I found the art, though, so does anybody here know where the fic is? It goes something like : "jeeves is mopey around christmas and bertie decides to cheer him up by going ice skating. Things are going swimmingly until they crash/fall/wipe out and jeeves breaks his arm. Much chaos ensues and Bertie feels wretched - also jeeves curses "[it hurts] like hell, sir." "

does any of this seem familiar to someone?
