I can't remember if I posted this already, but I had intended to.
Awhile ago we were all made aware of the clock with Stephen Fry's voice in it doing valet-style messages (advertised as "more Gosford Park than Jeeves" - but we can dream a little) to wake you gently in the morning. The first version was black plastic and only had "Good Morning Sir" messages, but the new clock has a wood housing, about twice as many messages, and can be acquired with "Good Morning Madam" messages as well, if that should be one's desire. I'm jonesin for one, myself, but trying to restrain myself because I have a sad lack of money and nobody with money who I can drop hints to. But for those of you who DO have relatives with money who want to buy you things, there ya go. :) I do hope people buy them because I want this gentleman's venture to fly - I think it's a great idea and I don't want the things to disappear off the market if they don't make it this holiday season.
In fact, I might just wait for the dust to settle a little and buy one for myself.
