Icon question

I saw an icon a while back that popped up in conversation recently with my dad, and, in my stupidity, I forgot to save it. It's a picture of Jeeves with his head in his hands and Bertie either patting his back or standing next to him. (I think it's from 'The Full House' episode) It says 'Awkward Moment', I think.

I'm sorry I'm being so vague. I can't remember who made it, but I'll be sure to credit them/make my dad credit them if one of us uses it!
