This Is Not A Test!
May. 7th, 2006 03:25 pmBut it is a request! This is finals week, and I will soon be deep in the joy of reading essays about how the French pheasants were revolting or how Molly Pitcher mounted her husband's cannon and fired at the British (no, I'm not making those up, they are from actual student papers!!!!).
So, please, dear friends, help me out by answering a very different kind of discussion question, the kind I would enjoy reading and perhaps find inspiration in.
For 20 points---in your imagination---what kind of lover is Jeeves? Feel free to give examples.
(I promise, you will not be graded!)

More or less the same he already has with Bertie plus the sex

Date: 2006-05-10 06:11 am (UTC)I have no idea exactly how Jeeves would chat up a woman of his social class at the time. If he were talking to a teacher like me, I guess he could start out with literature and then move to having tea to the "understanding" thing.
I think the key with Jeeves is that everything is understated. But, in bed, if I may be just a little crude like the Irish girl I am, he would be knock-out-make-a-girl-sweat-and-weep amazing. And there is no doubt that the man is well-endowed. Come on . . . we've all thought it! ;0
