You know, I always vaguely wonder, when he's in America, how many people go "wtf who is this Brit who looks like House?". I know I always do a double take when I hear him speak American, just because I'm not use to it, so it's probably the same the other way around, no?

Well, what hit me while watching this is how his speech now seems to be rather "in-between" - sort of an Americanized British. I know - a horrible thing to contemplate!
