Read-Along

At another den of iniquity I frequent, someone (not me, I'm a flake) organized a Jeeves & Wooster read-along. Would anyone be interested in doing such a thing here? Like, once a week we could do however many chapters seems wise, there'd be a post, people would comment... Or maybe this could be a thing to try over on Imzy? Thoughts?

I'd be happy to do a readalong here or on Imzy! Maybe we could even start with the short stories, since it's a pretty safe bet that everyone here is already hooked and doesn't need to be lured in with the novels. But wherever you all want to start!

I'm sort of partial to doing Jeeves & The Feudal Spirit since I just listened to the audio of that, cough cough, but the short stories aren't a bad idea! I wonder if it should be only here, only at Imzy, both...?

Eh fuck it, idgaf, it's fail-fandomanon.dreamwidth.org. It has its pleasures and its frustrations. They've been doing a Right Ho Jeeves thread for the last few posts. I would backread to get the lay of the land before commenting though, it has its own little culture (like most anon memes).

Oh, ha, I do go there, I just can't ever find anything. Feels like that's the last place for active fandom on DW/LJ.
