What ho x3, all! Long-time lurker, first-time poster here, newly indoctrinated into the Wodehouse fandom, but learning as fast as I possibly can (am currently reading "Code of the Woosters" and have recently purchased the entire series in boxed DVDs! Yay!). In this, my timid and halting first post, I put forth a dashed odd observation for your review.
Upon re-watching Season 1 of Jooster with my good friend (and fellow Anglophile) Kris, we had both noticed that Jeeves' (or more correctly, Stephen Fry's) nose is (rather charmingly) crooked. (My, I'm going a bit overboard with the parentheticals, aren't I? ^_^) Kris and I jumped to the most logical conclusion, that it was the result of a fight gone awry, but we couldn't for the life of us conjure up a mental image of Jeeves in a fistfight. Could there be another explanation?
So any takers as to speculations? How exactly did Jeeves get that endearing slant to his nose? Brawl with a less-educated ruffian? Close encounter with a free-swinging door? Be creative!
