What ho, my lovelies! It's been a long time since I posted here, but I just haven't done anything fannish recently. I'm posting because there was a fic I read once where our favorite couple got the news that sodomy was no longer a punishable offense. Or something along those lines. Does anyone know where it's posted? I'd be most grateful for the info. Thank you!

There is a time travel story...by Mice in the AO3 archive, and one where they live until 1967...also there is a story where Aunt Agatha gets a special act of parliament to legalize their marriage.

Ah, right you are. As a H/W writer, I'm so used to decriminalisation being a lifetime+ away. J&W could conceivably live to see it, you're quite correct.

It must have been quite an experience to be an older gay man in 1967...or indeed to be someone who still remembers pre 1967 today.

My friend's boyfriend thought it was pretty fabu. So, Mice did both of those stories--they are quite long, but definitely well worth the reading.

I don't think she wrote the one where they lived until 1967. I found her on AO3 and didn't see that one. I did see the time travel one, though.
