OK, I know this is a bit cracktastic, and I don't know that she would be preferred accomplice material, but I can totally see Madeline Basset being murderous in her syrupy saucer-eyed way and then justifying or describing her actions in a light airy voice (sort of like a younger, non-cat-centric version of Dolores Umbridge...).
