So, I've been meaning to read Wodehouse's non-Jeeves stuff for years, but I could never really get into it. However, I just picked up a copy of Leave it to Psmith, and oh lord, is it awesome. I love Psmith. I love Eve. Freddie Threepwood is so delightfully annoying.
I have a couple of discussion questions/possible prompts for you all. First, if you were to make a Psmith and Mike movie or TV series, who would be your ideal actors for the roles? (Personally, I immediately started seeing Psmith as Benedict Cumberbatch. I think he has just the right sort of weird elegance for the part.)
Second, do you think Jeeves and Psmith would make the most dangerously awesome problem-solving team of all time, or would they just drive each other crazy?
