As for live-action versions, I haven't stumbled upon my Jeeves look-alike (who theoretically must appear: not too tall, strong but lean, dark-eyed, and have a sort of very correct facial features), but when I first came across young Bing Crosby photos my immediate impression was: this is Bertie. Or startlingly similar, anyway.
