Summary: It’s quite a rum sitch when the finest valet in the known world, the paragon of paragons and one’s own true love, refuses to acknowledge that there are differences of opinion on the subject of sartorial splendor. Consequently, one must sometimes discuss and compromise on such matters. This is kind of a prequel to one of the other New Year's Eve ficlets: 'New Year's Eve Negotiations'
