This was beautifully done. I knew from Bertie's words earlier in the story that he and Jeeves would find each other again, but it was poignant and wonderful and melancholy and I just wanted to hug both of them like crazy. I'm unsurprised that Bertie was finally declared dead and equally unsurprised that he'd decided years ago to leave everything to Jeeves. I'm also unsurprised that Jeeves's friends could see why he never wanted anyone else.
The only thing I was lacking was a wee bit of smut, but I recognize that this is entirely a matter of taste, and is not at all a flaw in the story!
