A very good first effort! It was a little odd seeing the Wodehousian slang in third person, but I c'n dig it. Other than that and needing a bit of beta love, this is great! Very cute and don't worry about the smut. There're R and NC-17 rating tags for a reason, eh? ;) Still newish m'self, so I'll say welcome to the club and thanks so much for sharing! You had some really nice little turns of phrase in this. The "malicious macabre of matrimony" really stood out to me. *thumbs up* Looking forward to more thingummies from you.
