Okay, I didn't see anything saying this wasn't allowed, but if it isn't, feel free to delete this post or tell me to delete it myself.

I read a fic awhile ago, but it was one of many in a J&W spree, and I lost the link. I know it was on LJ and isn't on AO3, but other than that I can't remember where I read it. It was a multi-parter, five parts, I believe. Details I remember under the cut to avoid spoiling anyone who might want to read it at some point.

It was a first time fic. Bertie somehow, I can't remember exactly, decides to confess his feelings to Jeeves, but when he does so, while they're wandering the grounds at a country home (Dahlia's, I think, but don't quote me), Jeeves freezes up and Bertie takes that as a rejection. He grows despondent, trying to accept the decision, and at one point sends Jeeves away on an errand to get him out of the house for a day, in the hopes that not seeing Jeeves will help him get over him.
There may or may not be an attempt at a picnic where Bertie tries to set Jeeves up with someone else he believes he has feelings for, but that could be another fic. I read a lot in a very short time period. XD
I do know that Bertie leaves the country home alone, wearing a disguise in case Aunt Agatha spots him for whatever reason, and meets Jeeves back home, where Jeeves finally gets across that he wasn't rejecting Bertie, just couldn't make himself speak. Happy ending. :)
I really liked it, but I can't even remember the author and it's driving me crazy, so any help is greatly appreciated!
