Rocky was a great character but I saw him as a... *thinking of the right word* okay, I sat here for five minutes and the word still hasn't come to me. He showed how much Bertie had changed due to Jeeves influence. How many people have translate from Jeevese? It was not only cute but showed an emotional connection between Bertie and Jeeves.
That being said, I'd love to see more Rocky in the future just because he was so freakin' cute and loveable.
