Title: Jeeves and the Act of Faith

A/N: I wanted to try writing a pure Wodehousian story, full of misunderstandings, wacky schemes, bad-tempered terriers and the like. I am not comparing myself to the great Plum, who, as we know, stood alone. I am also taking great liberties with how I think the Church of England chooses its rural deans. I could find no information on the process, and, short of phoning the Archbishop of Canterbury, I decided to make it up. My apologies to the C of E.
