New Adult Filters

In response to the infamous Strikethrough debacles, LJ has introduced new adult filters. Details are at the link, but the tl;dr version is that now you can (and should) label your posts "Adult Concepts" (about 14+ appropriate) and "Explicit Adult Content" (18+).  You do so by picking the appropriate label from the pulldown menu right under the one for Comment Screening, and to the right of the Music field.

One hitch in this whole set up is that mods of a comm cannot change the content filter for other people's posts.  So if you have ever posted art or fic or anything that would fall under "Adult Concepts" or "Explicit Adult Content", please please please edit those posts now.  While I do not think we have all that much to fear, given that we are a smallish comm, with an older audience, and much much fewer pr0nz than other fan comms, I still would regret any of our members coming under fire for something so simple (because I <3 you guys so much!)

Thank you! Like I said, I really don't think this will ever be an issue for us (nor do I think this whole scheme will be particularly effective) but I'd really rather not run the risk.

And I agree with Derien: icon!win.
