Well, partly because the holidays are starting to roll around, and partly because I read the idea on another community and decided to shamelessly steal it, I was wondering if anyone here would be up for joining me in a sort of holiday challenge. Fest. Thing. (And if I'm not supposed to do this kind of thing...well...I'm sorry.)

I know it's a bit early, but I figured that with our busy schedules and what-all, it would probably be better for us to start early than start on time and then whinge about not having enough or whatever.

Basically, the idea behind this...holidayfest thing is that each of us randomly picks a tiny little idea to do with the community that can be encompassed in one sketch or one drabble or a vignette or whatever. Or even just feedback. This is the 'wish' part of it. The wish is posted in the comments, and then someone scrolling along can say, "Ooh, cool!" and decide to grant the wish. It would be cool to link it to here, I guess, but not necessary. (particularly if someone just wants an in-depth review or whatever.)

If you want to give a gift to someone who didn't make a wish, or have multiple takers on the same wish, that can happen by all means. And if you have no idea what to do, then you can just comment on the wish-granters like a happy little commenty-thing! Everyone loves good feedback, right?

If this is a dumb idea, I shall say no more about it. But hey, I'm up for it! :)

(And if this entry was worded a little strangely, I'm sorry. I hit 30K on my NaNo today and my frame of mind is now a little peculiar. In fact, I'm not sure I have a mind left anymore...)
