I made a Jeeves and Wooster vid on Billie Holiday's song 'He's funny that way' because I love this song and think it fits them perfectly. But don't all romantic songs? ;-)

I actually know this song from 'Allo 'Allo, where lieutenant Gruber sings it to René, one and one is two :))))

Anyway, enjoy!

Title: Jeeves and the Maiden Voyage.
Chapter: 1/?
Pairing: Bertie/Jeeves
Summary: Bertie and Reginald spent much of their travels on Ocean Liners, what if one of those Ocean Liners was the RMS Titanic?
Rating: G
Words: 3479
Disclaimer: Not mine, just playing. Characters belong to P.G. Wodehouse.
Author’s note: Yes, I know this all happened in 1912. Our lads must have been about 12/17 at the time, but let’s just assume that Bertie is 26 and Reginald is 31 that year. I once read some people on indeedsir anticipating the idea of a Jeeves and Bertie crossover with Titanic, and this plot has been in my head ever since.

“I cannot imagine any condition which would cause a ship to founder. I cannot conceive of any vital disaster happening to this vessel. Modern shipbuilding has gone beyond that.”

Captain Edward Smith, referring to Adriatic.
