Circus Freaks

Having just rewatched Tod Browning's "Freaks", I have to know how Bertie and circus freaks would get on.  Where would the balance of easily-weirded out and bighearted tip?  The freakshow was still a thing in Bertie's time, and while a weird destination for a gentleman of his station, not impossible for him wind up at.  After all, this is Bertie, hapless puppet of the Fates and Jeeves.
