So sorry to post this, but I'm trying to post a fic here but I'm having some technical difficulties. I'm relativley new to LJ and don't know how to do a Livejournal cut. I attempted to use the "LiveJournal Cut" button on the "Post an Entry" page, and I copied my fic in, but when I previewed it, the whole things appeared, no cut, nothing. Is this supposed to happen? Also, is there a way to cut directly to the entry on my particular LJ if I've already posted it there? I would be ever so grateful for some assistance as I am extremely confused and hopeless. Thanks so much. So sorry to bother everyone.

Hello all! I delurked myself a while ago, but haven't gotten around to contributing anything, for which I am very ashamed. So I present, very timidly and tentativly, my very first Jooster fanfic, so be gentle. It hasn't been betaed or anything, so any grammar or spelling mistakes and what not are all mine and I apologize in advance, for I am a horrible typist. Also thanks so much to [livejournal.com profile] random_c  for the help with making a cut.

Title: Jeeves and the Rummy Interruptions: Part 1/?

I've still been poking about at Icon making, so here's another one.  Take if you like it, ignore if not.  I'm very grateful to those who've been so kind as to help me with advice on resources.  I'm having fun with this.

What ho, I suppose? I am de-lurking with a ficlet. It was actually written for the Porn Battle, but my inexplicable need to make an icon for the occasion delayed starting it. It was also some 500 characters too long, and cutting it down caused it to be 13 minutes too late, and it contains no porn anyway, so really sort of a wash all round.

This is just a silly little slip of a thing that begs you not to expect too much of it. I am, however, in the nearly-done drafting stages of an epic of epic proportions, so you'll probably see me back here begging for a beta in the coming weeks. And possibly leaving comments on really old fics.

Title: Fall
Pairing: J/W
Words: 927
Rating: G
Summary: "Do you trust me, sir?"
Disclaimer: My deepest apologies to Wodehouse.
Note: The Porn Battle prompt was "trust." Please excuse any sloppiness due to hasty composition. This is the uncut version. The slightly-shorter PB version is here if you want it.

 What ho, all :)

I'm sure someone (more that likely, more than one someone) can give me a hand here. I'm looking for a fic I read not too long ago featuring Jeeves, Bertie and a very cold night. They slept before the fire, I believe, and Jeeves might have misbehaved in his sleep ;) If you catch my drift.

Hope you don't mind recs, but it had to be done...I'm aching to reread that fic.

Ta :)

Title: Newtness
Rating: G
Words: Prompt: "Draw Gussie Finknottle with newts. Alternatively, draw Gussie as a newt."
This appears to be a sort of...teenaged Gussie? Talking of whom, I've often felt a sort of pitying horror when reading of him at his worst moments. Mostly for recognizing some of his faults way too well in myself, as a...fannish sort of person. Oh well. ;_;
That said, if Gussie was moved into modern times, he'd totally be a computer nerd, or what do you think?

Getting to the end of these...
