Persuasion Challenge

I've posted a challenge over at whatimind.com. If you're interested in taking it up, please do so!
It reads as follows:
We're all familiar with the occasional disaccord between valet and gentleman over the young master's choice of attire. It bothers me that Jeeves would censor Bertie's flair for the eccentric. Sure, it may reflect poorly on him, but as far as I'm concerned it makes Bertie happy and there is no harm beyond a mild eyesore. Anyway, from what I've gathered from their adventures, Bertie never wins. No matter how many times he puts his foot down, the new hat or neckwear is given up. (Or suffering an incident whilst ironing.)
So, I was thinking of how this could change...
Bertie purchases a brand new [article of your choice] that's absolutely topping, but of course Jeeves disapproves. They fall into the ordinary sort of entanglement and after one thing leads to another... then what?
I had thoughts of my own, of course. Bertie purchases jacket, Jeeves gives it a rummy look, Bertie does naughty things to Jeeves whilst wearing said jacket, later spies Jeeves fondly hanging jacket in wardrobe and young Bertie gets a certain gleam in his eye, thinking of fuschia ties and yellow vests. But to be honest, I just don't have enough confidence in my feel of the characters to actually write a fanfiction.
Any means of persuasion that is necessary. I'd love to see where you'd take it.
