Since a lot of the people in this community are Stephen Fry fans, I thought I'd point them to a music video a friend of mine did of Wilde, focusing on the relationship between Wilde and Bosie. Here it is and do let [livejournal.com profile] lacecravat know if you liked it or not. I'm not a member of [livejournal.com profile] fryandorlaurie, but someone else is more than welcome to post a link there, too.

Hallo everyone. I just joined the community, so I thought I'd pop over and introduce myself.

I stumbled onto the show Jeeves & Wooster somehow, and then I added Life With Jeeves (which contains The Initmitable Jeeves, Very Good, Jeeves and Right Ho, Jeeves) to my amazon wishlist and got it. I was trying to save it to read during a trip I will shortly be taking, but the temptation prooved too great and I'm now half way through it. So there's the background on me.

I did have a question, and here it is: Does anyone know if there are mp3s of the songs Bertie sings periodically during the show, and if so, where I might find them? I'd especially love Minnie the Moocher. I did look back some 300 entries (well, I say look back, but I just searched each page for "mp3") and couldn't find what I was looking for.

Also, it looks to me, from a light perusal of the userinfo, like the maintainer has deleted their journal. Is there any plan to have a new one?

So, yeah, thanks and hi everyone!

As I was making Jeeves and Wooster icons, I made one of Bertie that I found particularly handsome. Rather than hoard it to myself, I decided to be generous and share with everyone else. *modest bow* Without further ado, Mr. Bertie Wooster!

Please credit [livejournal.com profile] jestana or [livejournal.com profile] feline_artistry if/when you use the icon. Thank you.

I'm using the angry!Jeeves icon because he doesn't want to share. *wink*

There seems to be a lot of fanart around lately, so...

I present to you... my less-than-wonderful rendering of the infamous Agatha Gregson, later Lady Worplesdon.

Not sure why, but I always picture her in fur.

I could have sworn that not so long ago someone posted a link to a site which was all trivia and information about the Jeeves and Wooster books.  But perhaps it was just a lot of info from the reference/companion book, and where to buy it...?  Either way, the bit of information I'm looking for now - and it's not drastically important at the moment - is where, exactly, does Honoria Glossop make her home?  Is one of the many country estates that Bertie visits one which belongs to her family?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. :)
