and if that isn't the sweetest "Jeeves and Wooster as an old married couple having a spat" episode...! First you have Bertie doing the "well, if that's the way you feel about it, leave!" bit, when Jeeves objects to his trombone playing - and, I swear, you can just see Jeeves battling back tears as he turns around. Seriously, Fry was blinking repeatedly as he turned! Then you get Bertie suddenly running into Jeeves out in the country, and the look on his face when he thinks Jeeves is there to return to him and make up is just priceless! Finally, you have Bertie's double take and absolute happiness when he realizes that Jeeves has come back to him, in the end. Just like a married couple having a fight, splitting up, running into each other, and then the two of them realizing they miss each other more than they care about what they were fighting over. Amazing, just amazing.

And can I give a big HURRAH! to Hugh Laurie for his acting? I mean, it seems as if it would be very easy to play an upperclass twit - but the fact that he manages NEVER to let a look of intelligence pass over his face the entire time, is just amazing. Especially when you watch him in House looking frightfully intelligent the entire time! It came to me when somebody was talking about a look in one of the icons that was once put up, saying that it looked very un-Wooster type. Turns out it was a look of some intelligence... or appeared to be. Ended up being a fluke. *G*

Anyway, just babbling... Damn amazing acting, with those expressions, the whole body language, the manner of speaking, and everything!
