A question for Londoners (or whoever may know the answer). I was wondering if the shopping arcade where Bertie tries to get the cow creamer for Uncle Tom (and prevent SIr Watkyn Basset from getting) in episode 2.1 of J & W is Burlington Arcade. I'm going to London in two weeks' time and I was curious.

And does anyone know where is the house they used as a location for Bertie's house in the series? I don't think it will actually be 3A Berkeley Mansions now, will it?

Anyway, if you should know of any other locations in London, I would be really grateful.
Thanks!

Burlington Arcade is off Piccadilly, like the other poster said. You might be disappointed though - it's for the kind of well-heeled but gullible tourist who still thinks Burberry is "in". No Londoner I know ever goes there.

If you are really interested, the building they used for the exterior shots of Bertie's apartment in New York is actually Senate House - its just a block north of the British Museum, and is part of the University of London 'campus'. It gets used quite frequently as a filming location.
Enjoy your visit to Blighty!
