I've seen a fic where J/W are getting overly familiar in Bertie's room during a visit only to find Gussie hiding in the closet or somewhere. But I feel like it could easily go the other way for a first-time, discovery & declaration fic- say Bertie & Jeeves are surreptitiously searching for something in a guest's room and have to hide when said guest returns. Only the guest isn't alone, he's got another chap with him. And hiding together in a cupboard or something Bertie & Jeeves have to wait while the two get it on. Cue each of them worrying about the other's reaction to the "immoral" acts, and about getting aroused while trying not to watch. And that experience eventually pushes the two of them to admitting their feelings for each other.
