news to me

Last summer(?), I believe were all charmed by this this nifty clock featuring the voice of Fry!Jeeves.

Ten minutes ago, I just realised that it now comes with "Good morning, madam" as well as "Good morning, sir" messages via the Download page. Sadly, I think the Madam ones are less entertaining than the Sir ones- far too much praise for the fashion sense. I thought that's why we need Jeeves!

Darn it, I like a rousing snark to wake me up in the mornings.

That is AMAZING! I missed it last time 'round. Thank you for sharing!

I've found my own Jeeves clock to be curiously eccentric.

He no longer keeps the time faithfully, although he does go off - twice a day, morning and evening, around 7. How he can tell it is 7, I do not know.

On these occasions, his behaviour is erratic - sometimes he'll only go off once, sometimes three or four times in quick succession. And he'll beep, sometimes only twice, other times 20 times.

I think he's been into the snuff.
