Maybe he should be invited? We are a very special fan community compared to any other one I'm part of. I would also add to your words two facts: a) All of us want a Jeeves or to be Jeeves, and b) None of us would probably mind having mister Fry as a husband/lover/daddy/distant relative/friend/teacher/co-worker/neighbour/pet/local sex shop owner/village idiot/the weird cat lady next door. Because we all agree he is fluffy, pink and moist.

I don't buy that shocked act for a second. This is the man who wrote about Adrian and Hugo Cartwright before any of us likely even knew what slash was, or that it can be wantonly applied to Fry and Laurie, in all their stage and celluloid permutations. Hehe, I love how we're all freakin out about this:) This really is a unique fandom; I wouldn't trade it for any other:)
