New to fandom and in need of a Beta

Hello Jeeves and Wooster Fans All,

I am apparently in the mood to write fic. Though I should be doing other things. (For example at this moment I should be sleeping.)

I have a short(ish) Jooster fic about ~1,800 words (complete for a first blush) and I was wondering if I could get beta for the thing. I would want someone to read for character voice as well as grammar. I've only seen the TV show and I'm working my way through the books but the kink meme and the fluff meme woke up my long dormant muse.

Actually if I'm completely honest I have two fics that need a beta but the other is already up as a comment fic in the kink meme. Since it's a comment fic I suppose it's a bit more acceptable that I didn't give it beta before posting. But I would like to have someone give a fresh pair of eyes before I repost it to my own journal.

Thank you kindly.

seeking a co-writer/beta/wielder of pointy stick

I have a Rocky Todd and Bicky Bickersteth adventure with chickens which I've been poking at for a while. I had hoped to make it a Rocky/Bicky thing eventually, but am now thinking that might have to wait for a later story, this one might just have to be consigned to pre-slash as I can't seem to fit it all together. In fact I can't seem to make the whole thing fit all together correctly. If anyone would be willing to talk with me about it and kick it back and forth I'm hoping that might make it gel.

Daily Scans: a free, quick read of

Well, I'm sure I've seen it mentioned on this lovely little fandom: League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: What ho, Gods of the Abyss!
What I wasn't sure of was whether or not anyone had linked the ability to read it for free to the comm. And so I do this now as my daily act of possibly unnecisarry charity. Because an act of necissary charity would be considered living beyond my means. My bad if it's already linked but I couldn't be bothered to check.
*steals back into the night* Enjoy!

Edited to include the fact that Jeeves giving Bertie the heimlich manoeuver is most amusing. My way of saying "I highly recommend this".
