You know the point in RHJ where Gussie is 'making faces' at Anatole? I always want to yell at all of them-Dahlia, Anatole, Tuppy, Angela, etc.-to grow up when I reach that part. They are all behaving so badly. It's as if everyone decided to be on their worst behaviour in that book.

I feel the same way. I start by being irritated with Bertie and then want to give Jeeves a good slap. And when it all ends, I feel sad, so I wrote these two stories.

And that's the best part of RHJ; despite all the nastiness, they stayed together and by the time the events of The Code of the Woosters takes place, they were on very good terms with each other.
